studio finds

This week we've been so busy at the studio. Nonstop singing, planning and eating. We have been blessed wtih a studio that's also a house. So we have some friends over at times. Like last Sunday a small group gathered and brought snacks. We ate. Laughed. And even watched some TV.
It's been an interesting but blessed time this whole process and I wouldn't have it any other way. To look back at this experience some day will only confirm how beautifully God put it all together and led me and molded me and grew me. So grateful for all this.

We only have about two weeks left of work. And just thinking about it gives me anxiety. I can't believe I will no longer visit this place that became "home" for two months.
And the thought that we are almost done, that we are so close to the finish product, makes me sick in the stomach. I become a nervous wreck. A happy girl. A dancing-when-no-one-is-watching lunatic.

It's so close. I'm so close.
I'm so willing, yet scared, but trusting.
Praying. Hoping. Believing.

This will be a great story to tell my grandkids some day.
But as for now, the weekend is finally here and although weekdays and weekends have been very similar in the last month [work, work, work], i am looking forward to doing some more of what I've been gifted with.
And I'll do my best to enjoy it. To put aside my humanistic instinct to complain. To be peaceful, patient and kind. And to sing with my heart, soul and spirit.

Hope you too have a weekend that's fun and fulfilling!

  4. praying for you lovely lady. I am praying for God to bring an overwhelming sense of belonging. That you would be comfortable being you, God's princess and that you would shine bright for Jesus and that others would see that.
I pray for safety and for health. amen
